Corporate Retirement Plan:  

The Corporate Retirement Plan can help decrease your corporate taxes and increase your cash flow in retirement. Simply redirect some of the corporation surplus from taxable investment into a permanent life insurance policy. The funds within the insurance policy grow on a tax-deferred basis. At death, the tax-free capital dividends (the total death benefit amount less the adjusted cost basis of the policy) will be paid to the shareholders.

The EHP is a win-win solution for your business in the event of Critical Illness, which allows to you to own a critical illness policy jointly with your company. Your company will receive a tax-free lump-sum benefit if you are diagnosed with a covered critical illness, and if you remain healthy, you get back all disbursements made by both you and your company. 


Health Spending Account: 

A Health Spending Account is a wide-ranging customized employee benefit program. It is an arrangement between an employer and its employees where the employer agrees to provide one to more benefits for the employees and/or their families. 100% of the medical expenses will be reimbursed by the employer. The reimbursement is tax-free to the employee and the cost of the claimed amount plus 10% admin fees and taxes is tax-deductible to the employer.


Immediate Financing Arrangement:

A wealth planning strategy in which a life insurance policy and other assets are assigned by the policy owner as collateral to the bank in return for a loan advance up to the premium amount paid for the whole life policy. The capital used to fund the premium payment is replenished by the financing arrangement and is available for reinvestment. This strategy provides life insurance protection, availability of cash flow for investment, and the tax-free capital dividend account to be withdrawn upon death

An Individual Pension Plan (IPP) is a defined benefit pension plan that allows business owners to save for retirement with greater accumulation – up to 40% more than an RRSP by retirement.
